Mentorship includes 1:1 mentor relationship building, virtual master doula roundtables, and a 'master warm line' when in need of immediate support.
Emotional Support
Doulas are empaths. We need to receive just as much support as we give in this line of work. Through monthly birth and postpartum shares, master roundtables, our doula hotline, and several chat groups, you will NEVER feel alone.
Backup Network
Knowledge only comes with experience. Your experienced mentor will be there to answer your questions during challenging births and to provide you with in-the-moment suggestions.

Requirements for Joining
- Proof of completed doula training (certification preferred, but not required)
- Proof of liability insurance
- Evidence of ongoing continuing education
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a supportive community
TBC commission structure
Your TBC commission is based on the number of clients you support each month:

Monthly membership

Membership includes
- Monthly virtual birth and postpartum client-share meetings
- Free Kaiser billing
- Quarterly in-person coffee gatherings with doulas in your service area

Our application process is straightforward. Most applicants hear back within one week.

2. Complete Onboarding Documents
Submit your required documentation and complete our onboarding paperwork.
3. Complete Onboarding Call
Meet with our team to learn our systems, processes, and community standards.
4. Start Supporting
Begin receiving client matches and doing what you love - supporting families.
